Mother's Day Charm Bracelet and Pendants | 2018 This limited edition collection took our beloved charms and blew them up into small pendants to be worn on the custom link chain bracelet or any necklace. The "Love Grows Here" Family Tree locket pendant opened to customize with colorful crystals or a special charm.
